Joshua Dabney is an architectural designer with two decades of drawing experience. He specializes in single-family residential home designs. By taking a 360° design approach he ensures your home is designed per code, constructability, and comfort.

The Process

  • CONSULTATION

    Discuss the project goals, scope of work, and timeline.

    (Meeting: In-person, via phone, or Zoom.)

  • DESIGN PROPOSAL

    Present a custom design proposal based on job scope of work.

    Design proposal will include scope of work, total price, payment schedule, timeline and important information for drawings.

    After client review and approval, the production phase begins.

  • PRODUCTION

    Draft drawings per scope

    Present to the client for review

    Update/ Revise per client’s request

    Finalize the design plans
